PACE P.E.E.R. Program?

The PACE P.E.E.R. (Participant Enrollment Educational Roundtables) Program is a dynamic platform designed for enrollment leaders to collaborate directly with peers and PACE sales coaches. Through monthly virtual roundtable discussions, we exchange proven sales techniques, explore process enhancements, and introduce innovative technology solutions. Our mission is to drive PACE growth by simplifying and optimizing the enrollment process, making it more effective for everyone involved.

The PACE Peer Program after one session has been enlightening and beneficial to my role as a director. I was hired by Mark when he was the enrollment consultant for PACE. He was acting as the Enrollment Manager until one could be found. I knew right away that I was in good hands when he gave me a 90 day onboarding program and walked with me through every line and task for those 90 days.   This allowed me ramp super-fast and become a leader on the team within six months’ time.

Mark created a lot of systems and structure for the team but the key was the comradery, culture and the team accountability. We all pulled together to over deliver enrollment goals.  There was rarely a meeting where Mark did not make someone laugh, smile or feel good.
